Publisher Agreement

1About this agreement

This Publisher Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "Publisher") and Destiny Digital Tech LLC, which operates the GuestPostHere Portal (the "Portal"). It applies when you register as a publisher, list websites and accept orders. By creating a publisher account you accept this Agreement, our Dispute Resolution Policy, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

You act as an independent business. Nothing in this Agreement makes you an employee, agent or partner of Destiny Digital Tech LLC.

2Eligibility and identity check

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Before your websites go live or you can withdraw, you must pass our identity check: your full name as on your CNIC, CNIC number, address, and clear photos of both sides of your CNIC.
• You may hold only one publisher account. All information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
• Your payout account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or bank IBAN) should be in the same name as your CNIC. Payouts to a different name may be delayed for extra checks or refused.

3Listing your websites

• You may list only websites you own or are authorised to sell placements on. You must prove ownership with the verification meta tag or file we provide.
• Metrics you enter (DA, DR, traffic, niche, language, link type, how long links stay) must be accurate and honest. We may check them with our own tools and correct, pause or remove a listing.
• Every website is reviewed by our team before it appears in the marketplace. We may refuse or remove any website, for example if it is part of a private blog network, has no real organic traffic, sells links to anyone on any topic, or harms our clients.
• You can pause a website at any time. Orders already accepted must still be completed.

4Prices and our service fee

• You set the price in US dollars that you receive for each placement, and optionally an extra price for writing the article.
• GuestPostHere adds its service fee on top of your price. The client sees only the final price; you see only your earnings. The fee pays for payment protection, support, link monitoring and dispute handling.
• Price changes apply to new orders only.

5Accepting orders

• You must accept or decline each new order within 48 hours. If you do not respond, the order is cancelled and the client is refunded automatically.
• Decline orders you cannot complete – for example a topic you do not accept – and give the reason. Do not accept an order and then ask the client to change it to something you would accept.
• The client's payment is held by GuestPostHere. You are paid only as described in this Agreement; never ask a client to pay you directly.

6Publishing and delivery

After accepting, publish within the turnaround time shown on your listing, then submit the live URL in the Portal. The published post must:

• link to the exact target URL with the exact anchor text in the order;
• use the link type stated on your listing (for example dofollow);
• be publicly reachable, indexable (no "noindex" or blocking) and on the website the client ordered;
• use the client's article without changing its meaning, or – if you write it – follow the client's brief;
• not be hidden, password-protected, or placed on a page created only to hold links.

We check the page automatically when you submit it. If our check cannot find the link, the delivery is not accepted.

If the delivery deadline passes, the client may cancel and is refunded in full. If nothing is delivered within 72 hours after the deadline, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically.

7Revisions

After delivery the client has 7 days to approve the order or ask for a revision. Up to 2 revisions are included if the post does not match the order (for example a wrong URL, anchor or missing content). You have 3 days to complete each revision. If the client does not respond within the review period, the order is approved automatically.

8Link guarantee and payment hold

• When an order is approved, your earnings move to your on-hold balance for 30 days. During this time we check the link automatically every day.
• If the link or the page is removed, we notify you. If it is not restored within 7 days, the payment for that order is reversed and the client is refunded automatically.
• Changing the link after approval – for example to nofollow when it was sold as dofollow, changing the URL or anchor, or setting the page to noindex – breaks this Agreement. The client can open a dispute during the hold and the payment may be refunded.
• When the hold ends and the link is live, the earnings move to your available balance.
• Links must stay live for the period stated on your listing (for example "Permanent"). If a link is removed after you have been paid, we may suspend your listings and deduct the amount from your future earnings to compensate the client.

9Withdrawals and payouts in PKR

• You can request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time. The minimum withdrawal is $10.00.
• Withdrawals are paid in Pakistani rupees (PKR) to your saved payout account. The USD amount is converted at the exchange rate shown in the Portal when you make the request; the PKR amount is shown before you confirm.
• We aim to send payouts within 3 business days. You receive an email with the transaction ID when it is sent.
• Charges made by your bank or wallet provider are your responsibility. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your earnings. We may withhold or report amounts where the law requires it.
• If we are asked to check a payout for fraud or a dispute is open on your orders, we may delay the payout until the check is finished.

10Keeping deals on the platform

All communication and payment for clients you meet through the Portal must stay on the Portal. You may not share phone numbers, emails or payment details with clients, ask them to pay outside the Portal, or offer them lower prices off-platform. Contact details in messages are hidden automatically. Breaking this rule can lead to suspension of your account and a review of your pending earnings.

11Prohibited conduct

• Listing websites you do not own or are not authorised to sell on.
• Faking or inflating metrics, traffic or sample posts.
• Delivering links on a different website or page than ordered, or removing links after payment.
• Publishing content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes someone's rights, or placing additional links the client did not order.
• Creating multiple accounts, or using someone else's identity or payout account.

12Disputes

If a client and you disagree about an order, the Dispute Resolution Policy applies. While a dispute is open, the payment for that order is frozen. You agree to answer our questions and provide evidence within the time we ask, and that our decision on how the order payment is split is final within the Portal.

13Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time once your open orders are finished. We may pause your websites or suspend your account if you break this Agreement, receive repeated complaints, miss deadlines repeatedly, or if we suspect fraud. Earnings for correctly completed orders are paid after any open disputes and checks are resolved, minus any amounts owed to clients under this Agreement.

14Liability

The Portal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destiny Digital Tech LLC's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the earnings due to you for the order the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect losses. You agree to indemnify Destiny Digital Tech LLC against claims arising from your websites, the content you publish, or your breach of this Agreement.

15Changes, governing law and contact

We may update this Agreement; the date at the top shows the latest version and we will email publishers about important changes. Orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions: info@guestposthere.com.
