Dispute Resolution Policy

What happens when a client and a publisher disagree about an order, and how we decide.

Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Destiny Digital Tech LLC

1Purpose

This policy explains how Destiny Digital Tech LLC handles disagreements between clients and publishers about orders placed through the GuestPostHere Portal. It applies to everyone who uses the Portal and forms part of the Client Terms and the Publisher Agreement.

2Problems handled automatically

Many problems do not need a dispute. The Portal handles them automatically:

  • Order not accepted within 48 hours – cancelled and refunded.
  • Delivery deadline missed – the client can cancel for a full refund; after 72 hours it is cancelled automatically.
  • No client response after delivery – approved after 7 days.
  • Link removed during the 30-day guarantee – the publisher is warned; if not restored within 7 days, the client is refunded.

3When you can open a dispute

  • Clients can open a dispute while the order is in progress, during the review period after delivery, or during the guarantee period after approval.
  • Publishers can open a dispute while the order is in progress or waiting for the client's review – for example if the client's request breaks the rules or changes the order.

Valid reasons include: work not delivered, delivery not matching the order (URL, anchor, link type, content), link removed or changed, page not indexable, website or content quality not as described, or a client problem. Disputes about search rankings or traffic are not accepted.

4What happens when a dispute is opened

The order's payment is frozen and its automatic timers stop. Both sides are notified and the dispute appears on the order page.

5Step 1 – Try to solve it together (48 hours)

Most disputes are solved quickly when both sides talk. Use the order messages to explain the problem and agree a fix – for example a correction to the post. Keep all communication inside the Portal; messages outside the Portal cannot be used as evidence.

6Step 2 – Review by our team

If it is not solved within 48 hours, our team reviews the dispute. We look at:

  • the order details (target URL, anchor, article or brief, listing information);
  • the order timeline – every step with its date and time;
  • all order messages and attachments;
  • our automatic link checks and the live page itself.

We may ask either side for more information. If you do not reply within 72 hours, we decide using the information we have. We aim to decide within 5 business days after we have what we need.

7Possible decisions

  • Full refund to the client's wallet.
  • Release to the publisher – the order completes and the normal link guarantee applies.
  • Partial refund – part of the price goes back to the client; the rest is paid to the publisher and our service fee in proportion.
  • Back to work – the publisher gets 3 more days to fix the order, after which the normal review applies.

Every decision is explained in the order messages and both sides receive an email.

8Final decision

Our decision on how the order payment is split is final within the Portal. It does not limit any legal rights you have.

9Fair use

Opening disputes without a real reason, giving false evidence, or using disputes to get free work or to pressure the other side may lead to the dispute being decided against you and to suspension of your account. Repeated valid disputes against a publisher can lead to their websites being paused or removed.
